Small and Perfectly Formed
This week we decided to look for a super-mini apartment which condenses the maximum amount of city living into the smallest space possible. Not an easy task, but we found a surprisingly grandiose studio in Manhattan which might just fit the bill. The studio is no more than perhaps 500 square feet but packs in far more charm than you would bargain for.
What the agent says:

What we love:
We love the location (stone's throw from Columbus Circle) and the gorgeous terrace but above all, we love the interior design. For those who think that small spaces could only work with minimalist interiors, watch and learn! This apartment shows that with clever design (such as the screen separating the bed from the living area) and a bit of confidence, space is not a constraint on your ability to express your style.
What can be improved:
Well, we would have preferred a more contemporary style interior design but hey, each to their own...
