What we love:
The unusual layout is great for entertaining, especially the upstairs dining and reception areas with the skylights and well furnished terrace (hot tub anyone?). This is a hipster-hangout cum super-batchelor-pad par excellence.
What we would do:
The upstairs space works well but could do with furniture with a sleeker, more sculptural edge. The vast downstairs space looks rather wasted and, with a bit of imagination, can be converted into two large ensuite bedrooms and a spectacular cinema / entertainment room.

Sleek and sculptural furniture would complement the glass and steel structure of the upstairs space well. Try the Hauteville concrete armchair from Lyon Beton, the Bitop coffee table from Coedition and the Sail TV stand from Desalto.
The contemporary industrial style of the Multilamp floor light from Seletti would work wonderfully in the more enclosed spaces, whilst the Skylight Tower suspension light from Frederik Roije would look great if used in a group above the kitchen counter.
